By accessing or using Duplyfi ("the Service"), including our desktop application, website, and API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
To use Duplyfi, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@duplyfi.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in unauthorized activity.
Duplyfi subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal linked from your Duplyfi account settings.
Prices are listed in USD and may be adjusted with 30 days' notice. Active subscriptions are honoured at their current rate until the end of the billing cycle.
Upon purchasing a valid subscription, Duplyfi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Duplyfi desktop application for its intended purpose. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Duplyfi software.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Each Duplyfi account may be activated on a maximum of two (2) devices simultaneously, unless your plan tier specifies otherwise. When you log in to the desktop application, your hardware identifier (HWID) is bound to your account.
To transfer your license to a new device, you must first deactivate it from an existing device via your account settings or by contacting support.
Duplyfi offers a 24-hour free trial that provides full access to the application's features. No credit card is required to start a trial. The trial begins when you create your account and activate it on a device.
Each person is entitled to one free trial. Attempts to create multiple accounts to obtain additional trials may result in account suspension.
Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their refund policy. You may request a refund through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal within the applicable refund window. We cannot process refunds directly.
Duplyfi, its logo, design, source code, documentation, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Duplyfi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Content you process through Duplyfi remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your input or output files. Your files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software is revoked.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Duplyfi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Duplyfi operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
