By accessing or using Duplyfi ("the Service"), including our desktop application, website, and API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
To use Duplyfi, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@duplyfi.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in unauthorized activity.
Duplyfi subscriptions are processed through our payment processor, which acts as our merchant of record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through the customer portal linked from your Duplyfi account settings.
Prices are listed in USD and may be adjusted with 30 days' notice. Active subscriptions are honoured at their current rate until the end of the billing cycle.
Upon purchasing a valid subscription, Duplyfi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Duplyfi desktop application for its intended purpose. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Duplyfi software.
Duplyfi is a content adaptation tool. You may only use it to process content you own or have the rights to repurpose. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable platform terms of service, intellectual property laws, and regulations in your jurisdiction. Duplyfi does not upload, post, or interact with any third-party platform on your behalf.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
The number of devices you may activate simultaneously depends on your subscription tier: Starter (1 device), Pro (3 devices), Agency (10 devices). When you log in to the desktop application, your hardware identifier (HWID) is bound to your account and counted against your device allowance.
To transfer your license to a new device, deactivate an existing device via your account settings or contact support@duplyfi.com. There is no limit on the number of re-binds.
Duplyfi offers a time-limited free trial that provides full access to the application's features. No credit card is required to start a trial. The trial begins when you create your account and activate it on a device. Trial duration is displayed at registration and in your account dashboard.
Each person is entitled to one free trial. Attempts to create multiple accounts to obtain additional trials may result in account suspension.
Duplyfi offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, email support@duplyfi.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and we will process a full refund within 1 business day of receipt (funds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days). Refunds are not available after the 7-day window, for renewals, or for accounts suspended due to ToS violations.
Payments processed through our payment processor are subject to the payment processor's refund terms in addition to this policy.
Duplyfi, its logo, design, source code, documentation, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Duplyfi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Content you process through Duplyfi remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your input or output files. Your files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software is revoked.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Duplyfi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Duplyfi operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
