Installation guide

From install to first batch in 5 minutes.

This guide walks you from account creation to your first processed batch. It covers every step: download, install, sign in, preset selection, and processing.

Create an account

1.Go to duplyfi.com and click "Start free trial".
2.Enter your name and email, create a password.
3.Check your inbox for the verification email and confirm your address.
4.You are now on a free trial with full access to every feature.

Download and install

1.Visit the download page and select your platform: Windows (.exe), macOS (.dmg), or Linux (.AppImage).
2.Run the installer. On Windows: run the .exe — if SmartScreen shows a warning, click "More info" then "Run anyway". On macOS: drag to Applications, then right-click the app and select "Open" to bypass the Gatekeeper warning. On Linux: chmod +x the AppImage and run it.

4.The app launches automatically after installation.

ⓘEverything needed is bundled — no separate installation required. Windows and macOS may show a security warning because code signing is in progress for v1.2. This is expected.

Sign in and activate

1.Open the Duplyfi desktop app.
2.Enter the email and password you created in step 1.
3.Your device is bound to your account automatically. You will see your plan and remaining trial days in the bottom-left user card.

ⓘDevice binding happens on first login. Starter supports 1 device, Pro supports 3, Agency supports 10.

Select a preset

1.In the bottom toolbar of the Video Repurposer, click the Preset dropdown.
2.For your first run, select "OFM Standard" if you are distributing promotional content across multiple platforms.
3.You can also choose "Moderate" for a balanced starting point, or "Aggressive" for maximum variation.
4.Presets configure all effect ranges automatically. You can edit any effect in the Transform Parameters panel.

ⓘv1.2.0 includes 5 dedicated OFM presets: OFM Standard, TikTok OFM Heavy, Instagram OFM, Reddit Safe, and High-Volume Speed.

Drop your source files

~30 sec

1.Drag and drop your video file(s) into the dropzone, or press Ctrl+O (Cmd+O on macOS) to open a file picker.
2.To batch-import a folder, press Ctrl+Shift+O.
3.Supported input formats: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, FLV, WMV, WebM, M4V.
4.For images: drag JPG, PNG, or WebP files into the Image Uniquifier tab.

Set the copy count and process

1.Set the number of copies in the "Copies" field next to the preset. Start with 5–10 for a first run.
2.Press Ctrl+Enter or click the Generate button.
3.Processing runs in parallel — multiple files process concurrently based on your hardware. You will see progress per file.
4.Output files are saved to your configured output directory with randomized UUID filenames.

ⓘParallel processing auto-scales based on available RAM and CPU. GPU acceleration (NVENC/VideoToolbox/VAAPI) is detected and used automatically if available.
